Through the contact form: name, email, company or property, area of interest, and the message you write. We do not collect payment data or sensitive data through this site.
Purpose
We use this data solely to respond to your request and, if you authorise it in the following conversation, to prepare a commercial proposal. We do not use your data for other purposes without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial requests you initiate yourself.
Who we share your data with
We use Resend as our transactional email delivery provider to get your message to our team, and Vercel to host the site. Both act as data processors and do not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention
We retain contact-form data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable legal period afterward.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to info@rossanova.com.
International transfers
Our technology providers may process data outside Switzerland. In those cases, we ensure appropriate data-protection safeguards equivalent to those required under Swiss and European law.
